I know Photoshop is the master of badassery when it comes to making very good looking stuff, and you can make photorrealistic effects and junk.

But really, all I want to do is to make a rounded square with a border with a 2-pixel weight.

For the love of all that's hairy, I can't find a way. So I have three options:

1) Whine here so people more informed can take pity on me and give me a clue.

2) Resign myself to, at this point in life, switch to ellipse dialogue balloons, or

3) Throw my hands up in the air, wonder at the stupidity of it all, and never ever touch photoshop again.
